PORT CONGESTION/EQUIPMENT SHORTAGE UPDATE:

Due to Covid-19 related supply chain issues, labor and driver shortages, as well as well-publicized port congestion and lack of chassis, ATS Logistics cannot and will not be liable for any excess chassis usage fees, per diem, demurrage, TONU and/or detention charges, however we will continue to do our best to meet the needs of all our customers.

We ask all employees to cooperate in taking steps to reduce the transmission of communicable diseases in the workplace. Stay home when you are sick, seek medical treatment if necessary, avoid people who are sick with respiratory symptoms, maintain 6' of physical distance and wear a mask when you can't or any time you're in the office. We have PPE available for your use and hand sanitizer throughout the workplace.
